Salon Policy

At our salon, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients. In order to ensure that everyone has a positive and enjoyable visit, we have established the following policies:​

Walk-Ins / Appointments

We welcome walk-in clients and will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. However, please note that there may be a wait time during busy periods. We only accept reservations for Deep Cleansing Facial treatments and Hard Gel/Acrylic Nail Extension services - due to the long service time. we recommend booking these two services to ensure that you get the time and service that you desire.

Late Arrivals

If you have booked an appointment and are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened or rescheduled in order to avoid delaying other clients.

Children

We love children and welcome them in our salon. However, for their safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children be supervised at all times and not left unattended.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Payment Methods

Payment Methods

​We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
